IFMA Worldcup In Malaysia
The ifma worldcup has now started in Malaysia and I (Kriss) is on place and will represent Sweden in the 67 kg A-class category. First day of fightingg will be on the 3rd and until then only ceremonial and technical procedures are taking place. My preparation at TalingNgam havent been optimal and have had some problems with injury, but on the other hand thing are rarely optimal. My trainer Meechai has prepared as well as possible for the different circumstances that occur under ifma rules. IFMA is different from the professional muay thai Im used to with only 3 rounds and a faster paste. My trainer has taken this in consideration and adopted the training after this with more focus on faster footwork, combinations and movement.
On the 3rd it will show. Updates will follow on the championship on this side.
