Group training at Talingngam Muay thai is two times a day starting 7.30 AM and 4 PM, with an optional run before. Each session concist of warmup, technique, pads, bag, sparring and clinch. Usually morning sessions are a bit shorter and with lower pase then afternoon. We train Monday to Saturday with rest on Sundays.
Every experience level is welcome, we can teach you from scratch as well as provide our expertise if you are a pro fighter. Age is also no limit and we welcome both children as well as their grandparents.
